Folly
Life runs short.
I went to visit my aunt who was forcefully dumped there by her ex-husband and son. This left her crying all the time as i heard reports of her from the old folk's nurses. My hurt ached to see how heartless and black they were just so that they could rid some cash off her. Cousin and us used to play together with remote controlled cars and barbie dolls. We'd seek for treasure in imaginative games or simply play hide and seek. In that semi-d right in the middle of Bedok was where I knew that I had more than what I wanted. Aunt would feed Nigel and I while we watch the bats snatch fruits off her tree. We were happy. She was.
Grandpa sat alone at a corner eating while the rest had fun in the dining room. I was visiting the ladies to find him at the balcony. Baggy tshirt, shorts. He stood down with a pair of chopsticks, gobbling food down. I asked him why. He mumbled words I could never hear. Headed to the toilet next and started tearing. I vividly remember grandpa carrying me younger. But he was so distant. Never near. My hurt ached as I longed for him to belong in this family. His past has cost him his present. He used to be abusive and ignorant about everything at home. However, where are those second chances?
It's a whirlpool of emotions. This Chinese New Year has allowed me to rethink about life after everything's settled down. It's going to be different in my time.
Dreams are my reality.
Running is like a breeze. A gathering of the clouds. Having the sun to rise and to set. You don't know when the autumn leaves will turn red or when a baby's teeth will emerge from itching gums.
Desire will make you run.
Run, keep running. Don't stop. Don't look back. Just keep going.

Everytime I hang out with them, I wish it would never end.
E6/60 is pure joy!
We had E60 CG today and I tell you, I totally enjoyed the toiling. The teachings of foundations and heart paid off as they caught the deeper meaning. Seeing them praying strong and worshipping with a new desire just melts my heart.
Pink's 'So What' is getting unto me. Furong and I sung it all day long, shaking our heads to the beat. Imagine Furong's hair swinging here and there. Hahahh funny.. (May)
So we went to Aaron Lim's place just now and karaoke Pink and Boys like Girls. Boy, was it funny. Spending time, doing the craziest things with them just brings a smile to my face. I'd never exchange them for anything else.
CNY CNY CNY CNY! I want my CNY yummy goodies and cousin fun! Miss seeing my relatives and new nieces and nephews! Gonna be a great time of incubation (:

A collage of what happened on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Friday: CG steamboat - a total blast (30 people with a hungry stomach and plates of mountains)
Saturday: Service was awesome - Xjie Char and I decided to go 50s'
Sunday: Germaine came and Sean was just so happy! Although he said nothing, but i could see it in his eyes. It's so great to see newer people catching the heart and rising up! Sean, you are a leader!
Monday: Fruiful leaders meeting and met Chew and co.
It's all going to pass away. Let's make do with what we have now (:

Everyone matters
I am so proud, so proud, so proud.
Just like a mother hen who is so proud to see her chicks growing up, catching revelations, growing in God.
E6 and E60, we are a team!
Zihao, Jordan, Yewsiong, Chenrui and Douglas has really risen up to a whole new level which so easily charms me into seeing them talk to new people, seeing them serve people in their ministries, seeing them pray, seeing them worship.
Yunwai, Chester and Junzhou has really been the pillars to hold the growth in the CG. They have been really changing in character and making things happen..
Kelson, Lianjie and Wenfong and the 3 musketeers of E60! As i see their lives changed, it's like a story book being unfolded. All 3 of so much passion and desire to really chiong.
Lina, Esther and Geikchang my 3 lovely ladies. (The only 4 [including myself] girls in the CG. Which is a good thing because all the men can rise up up up) Again, I see them making decisions, sacrificing, bringing more friends, passionate about getting their friends and seeing more changed. My heart skips a beat because they have caught the ethos of our church.
Wenhao, Wenjun, Chorheng and Sean have been the true heros. Fleeing from temptations, making promises to quit, really being real gentlemen and wanting to rise up. Thing is, they are less than 2 months old a christians!
Chorbeng and Albert just stirs my heart so much. A new generation taken! I see them so excited to come to church, rushing down taking cab just to come for church services, facing persecutions and really sacrificing! They make God smile.
These are the very pillars of this CEG. They are my heros, they are God's creations, they are Pastors' medals and trophies. I am so proud of all of them. Every name mentioned is below a year old as a christian. Some are only 2-3 weeks old.
God is using a generation to birth forth newer generations.
We are a prototype with the same ethos.
I was awe struck when Gesh said that I wasn't an easy person to catch up because I seem to know what I want in life and moving on in a fast pace in life. I like that.
